When the founder of the world’s leading trend and foresight firm asked me to help realign and grow the business, it was immediately clear that a brand identity and brand strategy refresh was needed. Through a one-day workshop with the leadership team, coupled with stakeholder interviews and a deep dive into the business, we developed a clear brand bible and ultimately a focused product portfolio, rooted in a deeper purpose: To inspire and empower better innovations—to not just change our world, but to transform it.

After refocusing the brand, I built a new business division and team from the ground up: Trendwatching Academy. We served as an internal innovation hub, creating new tools and products, including a full online trend-training program, a trend box for innovation workshops, a global trend seminar tour, and local trend tours for our Fortune 500 clients.
